OMG! Do We Have To Go Back Up There?: these old knees definitely have a harder time going down than up. Not as much bushwhacking on this stretch due to all the rocks. Can see (and hear) bikers down below. Sun’s coming out and the view is spectacular.

OMG! We have to go down there?: Lots of bushwhacking! So glad it is still cool out. The hill wasn’t too bad. Almost logged a DNF but then I Found it in pieces here and there. I did have an appropriate replacement for this one so Replaced and will send pictures to CO. Nice fresh container, log and a little penguin to keep them company.

CT 12- Small Hill: the hill wasn’t so bad but the cache was in horrible shape. It is broken needs replacing. No lid and all contents had black mold. I didn’t have any comparable replacements. Sorry.

Cache Formally Known as TPC #13: Set our from home over an hour ago to try to be FTF on this one. First I forgot something at home and had to turn around and go back. Then I parked at what seemed to be the closest parking at the golf course. Don’t do that. They have posted signs. Then found another possible solution and this time was tear Ted by a big fence. Tried again and ended up parking on Osler St. that gave me the access I needed to make the shortish steep hike to GZ. As soon as I stepped through into the clearing there it was in all of it’s glory. Watch out for the baby P.O. Opened the cache to find it “empty”. Empty log book, too! Yay 😃😃[FTF]😃😃!

Up the Tree: yes it was! I’m afraid of heights but managed to suck it up and make the grab. The container’s lid is useless and it was full of ants. Someone who is more confident being that high can replace it. Sorry, I’m not that person.
