To visit Fire Departments.
Engine No.1 is a 750 gallon per minute pumper, which was built in Middleboro, Massachusetts by the Maxim Motor Company. The Washington Volunteer Fire Department took delivery of the truck in December 1936. It was in front line service from 1936 until 1978, and is now used for parades and fire department events.

Wish we had the time to stop and take pictures at all the small fire stations we passed on our way down to the Biddeford area. Engine No. 1 just passed by them. Visited this cache for miles.
