Original Goal & Description:
My goal is to travel along the Lewis and Clark trail from my home hear the Western Historic Trail Center to visit my cousin Chinook the Pacific Ocean Salmon and travel back home.
Hi! I'm Silas, the Missouri River White Catfish, just like the one found by Lewis and Clark when they traveled near present day Council Bluffs, Iowa. I have watched lots of travelers pass my favorite spot in the river near the Western Historic Trails Center and decided it was time for me to try a little exploring of my own. I'm hoping people will be kind enough to help me travel north and west like Lewis and Clark and then back home again. Hopefully, I will have a nice journal to remind me of my travels while I continue to watch others pass my Missouri River home.
