The Bus accepted the mission. Its mission, to travel from the far reaches of Alaska back to Victoria BC, making new friends as it travels. Feel free to take a ride on the bus, there is lots of room.

The Besse Bug

Sadly, this bug has destroyed in a muggled travel bug hotel

This bug was released to celebrate a number of different events. Our twenty-first wedding anniversary, our third cruise and a great hobby. We would like to see the bug back in Victoria sometime down the road.

Completely stumbled on this cache. While driving into Skagway, we stopped on a pullout to take pictures. Checked the GPS and found we were in the vacinity. So took time to take a look and after a bit of searching, found it. It was well hidden and still is. Took this Travel Bug and will put it in another cache along our travels.

ChrisColumbus and I found 'Besse Bus' at the 'Just how cold is the Yukon cache' and moved it to The Klondike Stamp Exchange. Temp. +16 with 20km/h winds. Still a very nice night.
We had a great bike ride in, until the seat on my bike came lose. So we left the bikes and walked the hundred plus meters to the cache. We have never moved a travel bug before, hopefully it will make it back to the owner before the end of the month.
