Juliette Bear Scout 2003

Hi! My name is Juliette Bear Scout. I am a member of Girl Scout Troop 1989 in Cincinnati, Ohio. My last mission was to scout the way to Toronto, Ontario and arrive there before my troop did in June 2002. Unfortunately I got a little side tracked, and ended up in Toronto, Kansas! This year the girls can't decide where to go. We were heading to England, but because off all the trouble overseas it was decided we would stay in the states. Now some people would like to go to California, some to Texas, or Boston, and even Mall of America! My job is to "scout out" some new oportunities. I have my notebook for notes, and a back pack for souveniers. I hope to see some really interesting sights!

We found Juliette Bear Scout during a rain/hail thunderstorm. She is a good Girl Scout and travelled in the weather well. We will place her in a new cache shortly.

Thanks to GeoManhattan Juliette Bear Scout is home safe and sound. She didn't quite reach her goal of Toronto (well she did get to Toronto, Kansas), and if fact spent most of her time heading in the wrong direction. But she traveled further than we did! We will have to come up with another mission for her, give her a little more time to accomplish it (maybe include a laminated card with instructions), and let her try again. The girls have been talking about London...
