I need to post another note. When I opened this TB up the adhesive holding the TB tag to the inside cover had come undone. The adhesive did not adhere to the plastic case. So off I went on a quest to reattach the tag so it would never come off again, unless someone decides removes it. 🙂
I removed the old adhesive from the tag. Purchased some small screws and some all-purpose adhesive (For both Plastic and Metal). I drilled two holes into the case (In areas that don't cover any print) and added an extra hole into the bottom of the TB tag. Used the adhesive to attach the bug to the inside cover, Inserted the screws through the case and tag, tightened the nuts, and covered the nuts with Hot Glue so they don't damage CD if contact is made.
After Emailing Dan he asked that I please leave it in the zip lock plastic bag it is in. So I added a note inside the case to express Dan’s wishes. I also added some labels to explain how to keep this CD from getting damaged or lost and to indicate the direction the CD needed to travel.
Oh, as a last bit of insurance against loosing the TB Tag or the entire case (Heaven Forbid) I added a few TB# Labels to both the Case and the CD.
I may have went overboard on this one, My wife sure thinks so, but I think this is the coolest TB idea I've seen in a while and I want to see it accomplish it's goal. If I can have some part in that, then I have done my job and have fulfilled my Geocaching obligation of "Trading Up" on this particular TB.
I have also added a few Pictures so Dan can view the modifications. I have, for obvious reasons, blocked out the TB# in the pictures.
