Here's our favorite summertime Sangria recipe: Ingredients: 2 ozs. Grand Marnier, 2 oz. brandy, 3 Tblsp. confectioner's sugar, 2 750 ml. Pinot Grigio or White Rioja wine, 30 whole cloves, 1 plum pitted and sliced, 1 lemon sliced, 1 small orange sliced, 2 nectarines pitted and slices, 3 apricots pitted and sliced, 10 cherries pitted and halved. In a large 2 litre capacity pitcher, combine fruit and sprinkle in cloves. In mixing glass, stir together the Grand Marnier, brandy and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add this mixture to fruit, stirring gently to combine. Slowly stir in white wine. Refrigerate 2-4 hours. Serve on ice.
