Got this one! Taking him for a trip to the EAA airshow tomorrow (hopefully I can get some pics with a full size cousin!) I am going to attempt a hand off at the airshow for some distance traveling. but if not I will move to a new cache that is within walking distance of the Airfield.

  • The Right Stuff Captain Keith Krejchik of the Wisconsin Air National Guard, was kind enough to help out a fellow F-16 pilot in need. Notice the "yep I am a pilot, And I am way cooler than anyone else" pose. Only fighter pilots and astronauts can get away with that. Totally Cool!
  • Swabby Koala Girl and the F-16 Need to know some cool tidbits about the F-16? Swabby Koala girl is here to help with this nice handy plaque.
  • F-16 IN A F-16 Now try and top that someone.... I dare you!
  • F-16 with a GPS guided Missle....Ironic? Now how cool is that... they use it t blow stuff up.... now who would have thought there was another use for GPS other than geocaching??? notice the cameo appearance of S.H.A.M. the birthday Giraffe (hanging out with us for the day.)

After searching for a cache big enough (so many micros down in Oshkosh) and close enough to the EAA, I finally found a good hangar for the F-16 to park in and take in the sights and sounds of the EAA. Mission Accomplished!

Picked this one up and will move to the Oshkosh area well in time for the EAA convention. It's travelling partner (SR 71 Blackbird) will hopefully make its way there soon but seems to have been waylaid somewhere else in WI since January.

This travel bug has been in our "Sunflower" cache, which hasn't been found for over five weeks, too long, so I am retrieving it to move it along and will try to get it close to EAA before the show.
