*Original Mission*
In memory of my dad who had a wonderful sense of humor, so much so that his nickname was Jolly Wally. This coin's mission is simply to move from cache to cache gathering humorous stories, jokes, etc. Please post a funny story, anecdote, or joke when you log your find.

Wally's Humor Geocoin

My dad (Wally) died in 2001 of cancer. His incredible sense of humor has been inherited by all of his children (and working its way into the next generation as well). Wally served in the Navy on the USS Shannon during the early 1950's so any Navy related anecdotes and/or pictures would be extra special!

An old man was laying on his death bed. He had only hours to live when he suddenly smelled chocolate chip cookies. He loved chocolate chip cookies better than anything in the world. With his last bit of energy he pulled himself out of bed, across the floor to the stairs. Down the stairs and into the kitchen. There his wife was baking chocolate chip cookies. As he reached for one, SMACK across the back of the hand his wife hit him with a spoon. "Leave them alone, they are for the funeral!"

We retrieved this geocoin from The Binary Judge this morning (Happy Canada Day!). We weren't planning on taking it, but it apparently it had seen enough of that location as we couldn't manage to get it stuffed back into the container.
