Sugar Cookies for molding into the shape of Flying Pigs:
1/2 C butter
3/4 C sugar
1 large egg
1 Tbsp cream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups all purpose flour
Cream the butter and sugar, then beat in the egg, then the cream. Add vanilla. Mix the salt into the flour, then mix the flour mixture into the dough. Chill for 20 minutes. Form cookies into the cooky mold. Bang the shaped dough out of the mold and place onto a plain cooky sheet. Bake a full sheet at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes.
Chocolate variation: Mix as above, and add 4 ounces of melted unsweetened and semi-sweet chocolate.
