This is a small orange and yellow Femo mushroom (about 2 1/2 inches) with a travel bug tag and a pet ID tag attached. Inside the ID tag is a small piece of paper with instructions.

Sorry didn't take picture but earlier in the day I say my first ever red toadstool - I thought they were just made up in children's books!
