Plum Creek
Park is a beautiful park in northeastern Medina County. It has
picnic areas, two reservable picnic pavilions, a reservable indoor
shelter, a playground, 2 stocked fishing ponds and miles of paved
and unpaved hiking trails. The park contains 230 acres, much of it
reclaimed landfill, of shallow, wooded valleys traversed by small
creeks. Yellow poplars and flowering dogwoods are among the many
varieties of trees here.
The trail to the cache can be accessed from the Plum Creek South
parking lot, on Plum Creek Parkway in Brunswick Hills
Township(coordinates listed below). A regular sized container is
located within about 15 feet ofthe trail, so please do not
bushwhack. Please remember to cache in and trash out. Park closes
at dark. Round trip distance from parking lot to cache is
approximately 1/2 mile.
This cache will expire on November 30, 2011.
