O miejscu:
Kościół św. Antoniego w Męcinie powstał w 1638 r. W XVIII w. do nawy dobudowano wieżę i kaplicę. Jednolity blaszany dach nakrywa nawę i węższe od niej, zamknięte prezbiterium. Ciekawostką jest zegar na północnej ścianie wieży element rzadko spotykany w architekturze drewnianej. Wnętrze nakryte jest stropami płaskimi i ozdobione polichromią z 1888 r. W świątyni znajdują się ołtarze późnobarokowe z XVIII w.: w głównym obraz Ecce Homo, w bocznych wizerunki Matki Boskiej Różańcowej i św. Antoniego. Warto zwrócić uwagę na barokową drewnianą chrzcielnicę z XVII w. Męcina była wsią rycerską, o której pierwsze wzmianki pochodzą z 1326 r. W okresie reformacji znajdował się tu ośrodek arianizmu. Kościółek i jego otoczenie sprawia pozytywne wrażenie. Ściany zewnętrzne pokryte deskami modrzewiowymi o pięknym deseniu. Część muru pokryta nową dachówką.
Skrytka:
Skrytka to mały pojemnik zawiarający logbook, temperówkę , ołówek stałe wyposarzenie oraz kilka przedmiotów na wymianę. Znajduje się po wewnętrznej stronie ogrodzenia. Miejsce ukrycia jest bezpieczne ale proszę o zachowanie szczególnej uwagi.
