TOTS #4: Sasquatch's Herb Garden Traditional Cache

Sasquatch is very health conscious and has been trying to grow an herb garden to supplement his diet of geocachers. Maintaining a garden is difficult when you are 9 feet tall and trying to avoid being seen by anyone, but he has managed to get something started.

This is a micro attached to a slightly larger "container."

You may be able to find a spot to park on Cresthill Drive or its side streets, but we recommend using the designated area and walking through the park.

ABOUT THE SERIES: The Trail of the Sasquatch (TOTS) will take you to several "Squatchy" spots in the Roanoke Valley area, where you will be searching for a wide variety of cache types and containers—including some hidden by the Squatch himself (he is a playful dude after all, at least when he's not eating geocachers).

If you can find ALL of these caches before the Squatch finds YOU and uses you for a chew toy, you will be eligible to receive a free TOTS coin. If he finds you first, well...run as far as you can from GZ before he caches...er, "catches" you. We haven't budgeted for a clean-up crew.

All of these caches can be found and logged independently, but each cache has a secret number on the log and/or prominently displayed on the container. If you find ALL of the caches, you may add ALL of the secret numbers together, and go to Virginia's Blue Ridge Visitor Center (101 Shenandoah Ave NE, Roanoke, VA) during business hours with the correct total to receive your commemorative coin.
