NEW LOCATION! Event to be held at Bradford Island's Visitor Center due to scheduling conflicts.
August 17th, 2024 - 3:00pm to 4:00pm
We will be meeting at the posted coordinates at the Bradford Island's Visitor center in the Bonneville Dam island complex along the Columbia River in Multnomah County, Oregon!
Directions: Our meeting will be on the 3rd floor of the visitor center. You can access it by either going inside the front doors and taking the stairs/elevator to the 3rd down to the 3rd floor. Or the walkway to the exterior walkway to the left of the main doors will take you right to the covered picnic table area where our meeting will be!
There are a ton of things to do around the area, both on the Oregon and Washington sides of the river. There are plently of caches and adventure labs as you hunt down all the cute wooden Sasquatch carvings over in North Bonneville, WA. Bradford Island also has multiple geocaches maintained by the local park rangers and offer an educational experience for all!
Special Mission: Collaborate with another Geocacher and find a cache together to celebrate International Geocaching Day!
Meeting Agenda.......The event will officially begin at 3:00pm at the Bradford Island Visitor Center. We will hold our monthly meeting at 3:30pm, including two raffles of some great geocaching SWAG, one for all attendees and one exclusively for GEOregon members. Additional SWAG and other caching supplies will also be available at our onsite GEOregon Store!
