Piece 7 of 12: Westminster Park Traditional Cache

This is Piece 7 of a series of 12 puzzle piece caches that I am hiding all across Southern California! Each cache contains a different piece and when you have obtained them all, you can assemble them into a custom-made puzzle. Please feel free to take one puzzle piece, and leave the rest for others! This piece is hidden in Westminster Park in the city of Westminster in Orange County. The coordinates are fairly accurate, so once you reach ground zero it should be pretty obvious what sort of cache this is, if you have been geocaching for a while. Below I have attached a picture of ground zero to help you figure it out. If the pieces are running low or the cache otherwise needs maintenance, let me know and I will address it as soon as possible.
