This cache is located next to one of the Eagle Project listed below. Troop 9 from Heuvelton, NY has had a number of Eagle Scouts over the years. The projects include:

1. Landscaping, flower boxes, bench and flowers at the Town Hall
2. Landscaping and pavers placed for town flagpole site
3. Mt. Alone cemetery cleaned up, overgrowth cut down and burned with assistance of Heuvelton Vol. Fire Dept., memorial stones cleaned, new metal sign built and placed
4. Lectern built and placed with map at Mt. Alone cemetery
5. Shelves built and new area built for food pantry in church
6. Picnic tables made and placed for town recreation areas
7. Welcome signs made and placed for entrances to Heuvelton
8. Landscaping, patio and benches placed at local nursing home

What is Cache to Eagle? Cache to Eagle is a series of 12 public geocache's hidden at or near the sites of Boy Scout Eagle projects.

At the northern end of the Hiawatha Seaway Council is the Northern Lights District.  It encompasses all of St. Lawrence County and at 2,880 square miles is the largest district in the council and quite possibly the largest in the state.
