Omar's dream was to travel.


The mission of this Travel Bug is to get Omar to as many places and destinations as possible.  Lets begin with all 50 states with the hopes that he'll make it all over the world when finished with the United States.  Stopping and seeing any amazing landmarks, monuments or just great places on the way!

​Travel Bug is a 4.75"x7" picture with a dog tag travel bug attached!

 
Omar tragically left this earth far before his time after being caught in a riptide off the coast of Mississippi (Ship Island).  Omar's dream was to travel and see the world which he will never have the chance to do.  The hope and goal of this Travel Bug is that you will all take Omar with you on  your travels, keeping Omar's memory alive and ensuring he's never forgotten.

I have taken #FlyHighOmar to Queensland. We went as far as Bundaberg but I didnt find a cache big enough to house him. Heading back south I found the Stop & Rest TB Motel near Bauple where I have dropped #FlyHighOmar. Safe travels #FlyHighOmar. Thanks for sharing your trackable.
