This is not collectible.
This is a tile in the game of mahjong called 青發 Qīng Fā or 發財 Fā Cái, meaning "Get rich." It is known as "Green Dragon" (綠龍) in English.
I love to play mahjong! If you're ever in Taiwan, contact me and we'll get four people together to play
The other mahjong tile TBs I own:

Well, I'm going to have to "cheat" again. This was a nice cache, but not special in a travelogue sense. It was, however, the only cache I managed to find in Colombia. So it's the cache I've visited with my/your "fellow travelers", and I'm going to post what I think is an interesting photo for you from elsewhere in our travels in Colombia.
The photo is from the town of Guatape, where -- by law -- everyone is required to have the sort of decorations you see on the fronts of these buildings. The overall effect is amazing. 🙂

I'm going to have to cheat here. This is the only cache we found in Ecuador. The height of the visit, from our point of view, was a 4-day cruise to several of the Galápagos Islands. I was disappointed, though not surprised, that we had no opportunity to find any of the caches there. And I have no photo from this cache, which was rather unremarkable. So I'm going to post one of my photos from the Galápagos for (hopefully) your viewing pleasure. I've picked a shot of a Blue-Footed Booby with chick, as that's one of the better known of the many species that live only in the Galápagos. 🙂

The highlight of our whole month in South America was definitely the Inca site at Machu Picchu. Photographs can't begin to do it justice. I found three geocaches in the archeological site, as well as one down in the town of Machu Picchu, at the base of the mountain. I guess my lifetime bucket list is one item shorter now. 🙂

We enjoyed a visit to beautiful Lake Titicaca. We took a boat out to Isla del Sol, where we hiked a two-mile segment of the Inca Trail. Very picturesque and quiet.

This is my first cache in Bolivia, and first in a long tour in South America. Hope you'll enjoy traveling with me. Tiwanaku, where this cache is located, is an amazing archeological site.

We all came back to the U.S., but our next trip, to Santa Fe, occurred almost immediately. This cache is at a travel shop called "The Travel Bug". How fun is that? This is also a virtual that requires photos of TBs, so as a special treat, I photographed all the travelers I was carrying with the sign at the front of the shop. I've given that up in general, because I find it disruptive of our touring, but I'm happy to do it here. Hope you've enjoyed our European tour and this fun place. 🙂

I found several caches in Romania during our four days here, and we saw many beautiful sites in Transylvania (part of Romania), but this is the only cache we found that's somewhat photogenic, so you'll have to settle for a somewhat tired Casino (which, I'm told, is way more impressive on the inside). I wanted to show you a cache in Romania, IAC. 🙂

One of the two geocaches I found in Bulgaria was at this amazing fortress (Baba Vida). It's said to be the only fully intact medieval fortress in the country, and it really is in amazingly good condition. I thought you might enjoy seeing it. 🙂

Ceolmhor took it to Monument to the victims of the raid

What a sad tale this monument tells. At this spot in 1942, Hungarian soldiers killed 3,000 to 4,000 Serbian civilians, many by forcing them onto the ice covering the river, and then breaking the ice, leaving them to freeze. A number of the leaders were later convicted of war crimes. Aside from this tale, and reminders all over the region of the later wars after the breakup of Yugoslavia, we really enjoyed Novi Sad.
