We took a trip down the cycleway to find Cache #20. GEOLYMPIX 2016 Geocoin - Silver spent the entire time calculating the carbon footprint of its current journey and comparing it to the efficiency of bicycle travel. It concluded that while cycling is admirable, it prefers to retain the comfort of being carried. Still happily peddling along with me!

We brought the GEOLYMPIX 2016 Geocoin - Silver, to Goulburn Milestones # 05 so it could log a quick dip and acknowledge this specific milestone.
The Jeep, apparently, is a huge stickler for chronological order. When it realized this cache was "#04," it started muttering something about wanting to see #01, #02, and #03 first to ensure the narrative arc of the series was respected. I explained that it was just a number, but it insisted on logging a visit anyway, purely for historical completeness.
It also made a loud rumbling noise (which I interpret as a complaint) about the lack of dedicated "Pipe Organ" parking. We assured it that Goulburn has many fine milestones, and we would get it back on the road before it could demand a full, chronological tour of the entire Shire.
It saw the milestone, stamped its metaphorical travel documents, and is now waiting patiently (well, impatiently) for the next destination.

Well, we've successfully tracked down the cache for Francium, the most highly reactive, least abundant, and generally crankiest element on the entire Periodic Table. Considering its short half-life (around 22 minutes), I didn't want to linger at ground zero, just in case the entire area decided to spontaneously degrade.
I performed the quickest grab-and-sign of my geocaching career, treating the logbook like it was about to burst into flames. The container was well-hidden, defying its unstable namesake—it was far more stationary than I expected!
I also logged a high-speed dip for GEOLYMPIX 2016 Geocoin - Silver. I made sure to hold it with two fingers, not let it touch anything, and yanked it out the second the GPS confirmed its location. I told the Jeep we were visiting a rare, unstable alkali metal, and it decided to register its visit by giving a quick, nervous shudder before demanding we drive at least 100 kilometres away, immediately. I think it sensed the radioactivity. A highly reactive find! Time to wash my hands about fifty times.
