The original goal for this bug was to move ONLY within a limited area, no more than 10 miles from Westboro, MA ground zero coordinates, so that information attached to the bug would be accessible to those interested in finding EWA-Epilogue: Owner’s Tips, a cache that offered help for those interested in completing the EWA series. However, the series is now being used privately (and was archived on the GC.com website), and the bug ended up traveling across the globe. So the new goal is for the bug to return home to be placed in an EWA cache. When it gets close, check with Emmett before attempting an EWA cache. They are not all fully maintained.
The EWA Travel Bug contains coordinates to the first stage micro of a two-stage hunt that leads to EWA-Epilogue: Owner’s Tips. The Epilogue cache is designed specifically to offer extra help for those who are new to geocaching, and/or to aid those who may wish to complete the EWA series in short order.

About the EWA series:
The EWA series is comprised of nine basic caches, plus a bonus cache, and an Epilogue cache. Most of the EWA caches have been set up uniquely to allow for some extra fun and/or something different at the beginning. In general, there will be two ways to complete each cache and you’ll get to choose which option you think you will enjoy the most
The series includes a little something for everyone, including a kid-friendly hunt or two, a traditional long multi with some twists, a not so traditional long multi, something real tough, something real easy, and maybe a little deception as well.
The EWA Travel Bug is directly linked to EWA-Epilogue: Owner’s Tips the final cache of the EWA Series.
There are two ways to find EWA-Epilogue. One option is to locate the EWA Travel Bug which holds coordinates to a micro that begins a two-stage hunt to the EWA-Epilogue cache.

Desired destinations for the EWA Travel Bug:
Again, please remember, the purpose of this Travel Bug is to provide access to coordinates for EWA-Epilogue and the Owner’s Tips inside. As a result, the bug should not be moved far and it should not be held for long.
The 10-mile radius from Westboro works well because that encompasses most of the territory in which the EWA series of caches have been placed.
Ideally, it would work best if the bug's movement is limited only to within the following cities/towns listed roughly north to south and west to east below:
Boylston
Berlin
Hudson
Northboro
Marlboro
Sudbury
Westboro
Southboro
Grafton
Upton
Hopkinton
