Geocache Description:

A palatka. Sign-only.

Palatka, magnet.

The cache is placed at a bridge over Akerselva, 20 meters above sea-level: Aamodt Bru. This beautiful construction was buildt in 1855, originally in Åmodt, in Modum County. It was moved to Akerselva in 1958, to form the entrance to the Norwegian Technical Museum. However, the museum was after all placed at Kjelsås, where Akerselva starts its journey from Maridalsvannet and into the Oslo Fjord.

/ Plassert på Aamodt Bru over Akerselva. Broen ble opprinnelig bygget i 1855 over Snarumselva i Åmodt (Modum kommune, Buskerud).
