Current Goal

A true Navigator, the goal of ALTAIR is to tour the World visiting as many caches as possible along the way. I'd like to see him get up to Alaska and down into the Islands of the Carribean, (Korea, Russia, China, The Orient?) and then come home again to Pittsburgh. Please log any interesting stories of its epic journeys.

About This Item

Altair on the Road

The bug is a 2" diameter metallic casting - a rendition of a compass rose. Didn't have a digital camera, so if a finder can supply a photo, This bug would be very appreciative.

Found this bug up in Dundee, MI. Not sure how it got there, but it has been in Michigan a lot and perhaps thought it was home? Well, it's back in Ohio now, perhpas we'll take it to Florida with us in a month or so.
