Schoolhouse Rock started as a small idea sparked in 1971 when ad executive David McCall's son had trouble remembering his multiplication tables. Colleagues George Newall and Thomas Yohe, helped bring the idea to life with music and animation.
With the help of Michael Eisner (who worked for ABC at the time), Schoolhouse Rock was born and many of us had an easier time with math, english, history and science because of it.
With it's clever cartoons and wonderful jazz-y soundtracks, Schoolhouse Rock went on to win four Emmy Awards, one of which was for "I'm Just a Bill"

Found this little guy enjoying the view from Koko Crater. Seeing as he wants to get to D.C. thought I'd bring him back to California and get him going in the right direction again. He'll be safely on the mainland to coninue his journey in about a week.

Sorry about kidnapping Bill and taking him to Hawaii but even bill needs to take a vacation. I'll keep a track on him out there and if he dosen't leave the island with in due time I'll track him down and bring him back to the mainland myself. Aloha!!!

We had this guy for a long time! We tried to drop him off on the way to Florida. It was dark when we tried to find the cache! We held on to him until we got done with our Florida visit. He is now very very close to the White House and we hope somebody will come get Bill and finish the mission!! Thanks for the fun and sorry for the delay!

I picked up Bill from the Letchworth Fall Gathering IV.
I jumped at the chance to grab this TB. I grew up watching Schoolhouse Rock. I still have some of those songs get stuck in my head from time to time, and "I'm Just a Bill" is usually one of them.
I'll try to get Bill headed East to D.C.
