Video: The video shows a series of skeleton-themed geocaches. In the first clip, a geocacher opens a box to reveal a plastic skull. They open the mouth and pull a small geocache container out of the mouth. In the second clip, a geocacher opens a small 3D-printed coffin. Inside is a metal bison tube geocache, a trackable, and a tiny skeleton. In the final clip, a geocacher opens a box to reveal a skeleton dressed as a prisoner behind metal bars. The skeleton’s eyes glow red as the geocacher reaches beneath the prisoner and pulls out a plastic geocache container.

💚 Geocache of the Week 💚

👁️‍🗨️ This Halloween, a quiet walk deep through the Bavarian forest takes a creepy turn at our Geocache of the Week, Halloween im Finsterwald das magische Auge (GCBEGT4), where the search for one smiley might leave you wondering who saw whom first. 👁️‍🗨️

👹 Tell us: what’s the creepiest cache you’ve ever found?

Video by @lordmorpheus777.

Video: A geocacher approaches a black cabinet mounted to a tree in the woods. They press a button on the front, activating a large eye that glows bright green. Next, the geocacher unlocks and opens the cabinet door, revealing a skeleton dressed as a prisoner behind metal bars. The skeleton’s eyes suddenly glow red, and it screams, “Help! Get me out of here!” while separating the jail bars. The geocacher reaches beneath the prisoner and pulls out the geocache before showing it to the camera.

This cattle guard has a sneaky little secret.

Would you have checked here or walked right past?

Video: The camera pans across a landscape of dry grass and trees before focusing on a metal cattle guard across a road. A geocacher reaches into an opening at the side of one of the bars and pulls out a long, twisted metal wire. A tube-shaped geocache container is attached to the end.

What’s the most unexpected tool you have used to retrieve a geocache?

Video by @giacaches.

Video: A geocacher approaches a wooden visitor information board and moves around to the side. They slide a card into a slot on a narrow brown hatch hidden between the wooden supports. The hatch folds down, revealing an orange geocache container. They pull it out and hold it up to the camera.

Can you figure out how to open it?
🎥: @georoutardspm .

Video: A geocacher removes a camouflaged tarp covering a wooden box attached to a tree. They open the box; inside is a colorful cube made from LEGO® bricks. They spin the cube and point to a small brick. They use a pen to push the brick and spin the cube again. They push several other bricks in order, finally revealing a small compartment.
