This is the twelfth cache of Ring Quest, a twenty-cache series inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings.

Ring Quest XII: The Seven: Blacklocks
The Blacklocks were one of the seven houses of the Dwarves. A relatively unmentioned clan of Dwarves in Tolkien's writing, they were known for being extremely loyal, great artists, and renowned jewel makers.
By the time of The Lord of the Rings, four of the seven rings given to the Dwarf-lords had been consumed by dragon fire and the rest re-acquired by Sauron. Shortly before the outbreak of the War of the Ring, Sauron's envoy approached Dain II Ironfoot and offered to return the three surviving Rings to the Dwarves if they would help find the One Ring. Dain refused, knowing from the Dwarves' long experience that Sauron was untrustworthy.
You are looking for a camo container at ground-level. The cache contains information required in order to find the final cache of the One Ring, so be sure to bring something to record it. (The variables are letters from Tolkien’s Dwarvish alphabet, Khuzdûl).
