Sinds de Geocaching Block Party in 2011 komen geocachers over de hele wereld op de derde zaterdag van augustus bij elkaar voor een feestje met smileys. Deze feestdag is slechts een van de vele eigenaardigheden die de wereldwijde geocachegemeenschap zo innemend maken. Dit jaar vieren we de verbazingwekkende biodiversiteit op onze planeet.
