We’re halfway through Cosmic Quest and so far the global geocaching community has generated over 7,500,000 units of fuel! That is impressive! However, to reach the goal of 15 million units of fuel, we’ve got to keep caching. Let’s fill these last weeks of August with as many geocache finds as we can so we can fuel up the spaceship! Our friends are also busy geocaching this month and we just received this postcard they sent from a recent geocache location.

We love to highlight and share special geocaches with the global geocaching community. However, Geocaching HQ’s mention of a specific cache does not grant permission to log that cache as found without physically finding the geocache.

Players can earn the Super fuel cacher souvenir and the Ultra fuel cacher souveir for Cosmic Quest by generating certain amounts of fuel (leaderboard points) by finding geocaches and logging them. Players must individually generate 20 units of fuel to earn the Super fuel cacher souvenir. To earn the Ultra fuel cacher souvenir, players must individually generate 100 units of fuel.
