Geocachers around the world are getting outside, finding caches with friends, and making memories. Signal’s scrapbook already has over 12 million pages filled!

Signal the Frog® is helping geocachers celebrate International Geocaching Day and geocaching’s 25th year with a bonus boost during the final week of Making Memories. Starting August 12 at noon UTC, geocachers can fill pages of Signal’s Scrapbook based on the difficulty and terrain ratings of each cache they find. For example:

• Finding a cache with a difficulty of 1 and terrain of 1 will give a cacher 1 page for the Found it! + 2 pages for the D1 + 2 pages for the T1 = 5 pages total.
• Finding a cache with a difficulty of 1.5 and terrain of 1.5 will give a cacher 1 page for the Found it! + 3 pages for the D1.5 + 3 pages for the T1.5 = 7 pages total.

If the global community fills 25,000,000 pages before Making Memories ends, all participants will receive the Signal’s Scrapbook souvenir on August 18.
