This season, over 1,500 CITO Events have taken place in more than 57 countries! Over 21,000 geocachers collaborated to work towards the common goal of cleaning up their communities and the world through CITO Events. Cache In Trash Out® (CITO) je ekologická iniciativa, kterou komunita geocachingu podporuje. Od roku 2002 umožňuje CITO geokačerům zkrášlovat a obnovovat přírodní a městské prostory. Phew! What a year it’s been!
As we hang up our coats, pull off our gloves, and put our collective feet up for 2022, we also close the book on two impressive Cache In Trash Out (CITO) Seasons! From Texas to Taiwan, geocachers collected refuse, planted trees, and crafted homes for pollinators.

¡Saludos, geocachers! Cuando sólo quedan tres semanas de la primera temporada de Cache in Trash Out® 2022, es un buen momento para reflexionar sobre la satisfacción y los resultados de la temporada hasta ahora.
Desde el 1 de marzo, se han celebrado más de 1,000 eventos CITO en más de 40 países. Más de 11.000 geocachers decidieron embellecer y recuperar comunidades de todo el mundo a través de los eventos CITO. Cada evento es un testimonio sobre el cuidado de nosotros mismos, de nuestras comunidades y de nuestro planeta.
