Hoewel reizen op dit moment voor veel mensen in de wereld niet mogelijk is, zijn geocachers over de hele wereld “Wereldontdekkers” geworden door het vinden van geocaches met verschillende Wereldwonderen. Afgelopen oktober deelden we een lijst met echte geocaches die geplaatst waren bij de moderne Wereldwonderen. Nu we twee nieuwe sets met wonderen hebben, hebben we ook een nieuwe lijst met echte geocaches die geplaatst zijn bij de Natuurlijke wereldwonderen. Deze caches geven je de kans om een log te schrijven en een paar van de meest adembenemende natuurlijke plekken op onze planeet te zien en zijn het daarom zeker waard om toegevoegd te worden aan je bucketlist met geocaches.

Geocaching an den echten Naturwundern der Welt
Obwohl Reisen für viele in der ganzen Welt gerade nicht möglich ist, wurden Geocacher rund um den Globus zu “Welterforschern” und fanden Geocaches mit verschiedenen Weltwundern. Letzten Oktober haben wir eine Liste mit echten Geocaches, die an modernen Weltwundern platziert wurden, veröffentlicht. Da wir jetzt zwei neue Serien von Wundern haben, haben wir auch eine Liste realer Geocaches, die an den natürlichen Weltwundern versteckt wurden, erstellt. Diese Geocaches bieten Dir die Chance, einen Fund an ein paar der atemberaubendsten Naturschauplätzen dieses Planeten zu loggen und sind es definitiv wert, auf Deine Geocaching To-Do-Liste zu kommen.

Geocaching the real Natural Wonders of the World
Though travel is not an option for many around the world right now, geocachers around the globe have become “World Explorers” by finding geocaches with different Wonders of the World. Last October we shared a list of actual geocaches placed at the modern Wonders of the World. Now that we have two new sets of wonders, we also have a new list of actual geocaches placed at the Natural Wonders of the World. With the chance to make a find and see some of the most breathtaking natural spaces on our planet, these caches are definitely worth adding to your geocaching bucket list.

Geocache of the Week Flashback Edition: Occi
Geocaching can leave a lasting impact on us in many ways, from the ingenuity of the geocaches to the new places we discover. We have decided to revisit some of our favorite Geocaches of the Week from the past.
This week we’re looking back to December 2012 and the island of Corsica in the Mediterranean Sea. Separated from Sardinia, Italy by the Strait of Bonifacio, Corsica is home to Occi (GCWGPH). This geocache brings geocachers to the abandoned village of Occi. Scholars believe this small town was founded in the Middle Ages, and the first inhabitants were refugees from a nearby town. Although it was inhabited for hundreds of years, the small village was eventually abandoned for the larger town of Lumio.

El caché Proyecto A.P.E. de Brasil – Mission 4: Southern Bowl (GCC67)
