Evolution du géocoin de Lackey

Dans les premières années du Geocaching HQ (à l’époque, il était connu sous le nom de Groundspeak), les Lackeys ont eu l’idée d’un cadeau pour les visiteurs du bureau de Seattle : un géocoin comportant les icônes numériques de tous ceux qui y travaillaient. Le géocoin de Lackey était né.

16 ans plus tard, le geocoin de Lackey a atteint un nouveau sommet d’ingéniosité qui fera battre le cœur des collectionneurs avec un design de boîte de munitions en 3D imaginé par Roxxy, du HQ. Retrouvez le nouveau géocoin sur la Boutique Géocaching dans le courant du mois !

Brasiliens Project A.P.E. Cache – Mission 4: Southern Bowl (GCC67)

Die Evolution der Lackey Geocoin

In den frühen Jahren des Geocaching Hauptquartiers (als es noch als Groundspeak bekannt war), hatten die Lackeys eine Idee für ein Geschenk an Besucher der Geschäftsräume in Seattle: eine Geocoin, auf der die Icons von allen abgebildet waren, die dort arbeiteten. Die Lackey Geocoin war geboren.

Jetzt, 16 Jahre später, hat die Lackey Coin einen neuen Höhepunkt erreicht mit der genialen 3D Munitionsbox, die von Roxxy im HQ designed wurde, und die die Herzen der Sammler höher schlagen lassen wird. Finde die neue Coin im Geocaching Shop später in diesem Monat!

Brazil’s Project A.P.E. Cache: Mission 4: Southern Bowl (GCC67)

Evolution of the Lackey geocoin

In the early years of Geocaching HQ (when it was known as Groundspeak), Lackeys came up with a gift idea for visitors to the Seattle office: a geocoin featuring digital icons of everyone who worked there. The Lackey geocoin was born.

Now 16 years later, the Lackey coin has reached a new peak in ingenuity with a 3D ammo can design dreamed up by HQ’s Roxxy that will send collectors’ hearts fluttering. Look for the new coin at Shop Geocaching later this month!

Roxxy has designed 11 of the 15 Lackey coins. We checked in with her to learn more about her process for approaching this exciting project each year.
