Midwest Geobash 2024: A Wild Weekend of Geocaching

Geocaching HQ Lackeys attend dozens of Mega and Giga-Events around the world, shaking hands, sharing stories of adventure, and of course, geocaching! MusikMaker is a Senior QA Engineer at Geocaching HQ. He recently traveled to Ohio to attend the Midwest Geobash 2024 – 20th Year! (GCAA9KK). Here is his trip summary.

Qualify to host a Community Celebration Event

One of the ways the community will celebrate geocaching’s 25th anniversary in 2025 is by hosting Community Celebration Events (CCEs). These events are specially designated community gatherings held during significant milestone years in geocaching and they can be a lot of fun!

Get ready for Block Parties in 2025

Excitement is building as we approach the 25th anniversary of geocaching in 2025. One of the ways the geocaching community is celebrating the big milestone is by hosting Block Parties around the world.
